Please note that artwork approval is required before your request can be processed. Artwork approval can only be accepted through email communications. Approval cannot be accepted through phone calls. A link will be provided for approval the next business day after the request is processed. Please click on the link to approve or request revisions.
All changes to the request and artwork must be sent to info@northeasternpromotions.com. Please contact our Customer Service Team for any questions. If the request has already been processed and an order has been placed, please include the Sales Order and PO number to ensure the revision request is processed quickly. Artwork can be changed as many times as possible until artwork has been approved. Please allow up to 24 hours for a new virtual proof. Multiple revisions can delay the delivery date (Northeastern Promotions is not responsible for covering rush charges to meet the original delivery date). Please refer to the product information for turnaround time and delivery dates. Please provide clear and detailed information on the revisions needed. If revision requests are unclear, it will delay providing a revised proof. If revisions are needed after the artwork has been approved, please contact us the SAME DAY of approval before 5 pm ET. If revisions are needed after one day of artwork approval, the Client is responsible for covering any production charges unless the fault is due to Northeastern Promotions. Please note that the printing process starts the next day after the artwork has been approved.
We have production facilities in the US, China, Bangladesh, and Thailand to offer flexible options and competitive pricing. We use major international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL for overseas products, and UPS and FedEx for USA-decorated products. We ship to the Continental US, major US territories, and Canada (contact us for shipping estimates). Tracking numbers are always provided by email when orders are shipped.
