The quality of your artwork is a critical factor in determining the quality of the imprint created by Northeastern Promotions.
To ensure precise printing, please provide a detailed layout that specifies the size and position requirements. If you do not provide specific instructions, Northeastern Promotions will use their discretion and send a virtual proof. If you are using layered artwork, please provide the art files separately.
Northeastern Promotions provides up to four lines of typesetting free of charge. Additional or curved copies may require an art charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to proofread the text.
The size of the copy may vary depending on the product. Northeastern Promotions will make the best imprint decisions possible. In some cases, larger text may be required based on the product size. If new artwork or a product change is necessary for better printing, Northeastern Promotions will contact you and provide guidance to ensure that the logo and text print as clearly as possible.
Northeastern Promotions offers a virtual proof, which is a digital representation of how the final product will look. Charges may apply if changes are made to the artwork after it has been sent to production.
Northeastern Promotions accepts multicolor art in vector formats saved as .eps, .pdf, or .ai files. All fonts must be converted to outlines. Artwork must be created at a minimum of 600 dpi and saved in a .tif or .eps format. All placed images must be embedded. Please provide a PDF or hard copy of the file with your order so that Northeastern Promotions can visually confirm that it matches the art file.
For Illustrator, please create outlines on all fonts (.ai, .pdf, and .eps are acceptable file formats). For Photoshop, the art must be created at a minimum of 600 dpi, and scanned halftones and multicolor art are not acceptable (.tiff and .eps are acceptable file formats).
